Hello and welcome to our passion project . My name is Naim , and my name is hofoni. We are here today to explain what would happen to our bodies if we are unfit, and how to keep fit.
Keeping fit is a good way to stay healthy. Keeping fit isn’t just running and playing sports it's also eating healthy as well.If you are going to a soccer game and you are feeling hungry DO NOT! stop at a fast food restaurant because the food would not digest properly . maybe you would feel sick when you are playing . Instead of doing that go to dairy and get something without sugar and sodium. Scientific proven fact that people that are healthy and fit live longer than those who are not. [Juelz & Naim running around court]. When you sweat that is a good sign that you are working hard to exercise and break off fat. Now onto What would happen to your body if your are unfit. First off all you become obese , and you could get Heart disease or stroke. certain types of cancer, kidney disease, ETC to save your time we will name only these four. those that are fit they stay healthy and fit with their good body . thank you for your patient and silent .
